Cash For Clunkers: ObamaCare Preview

Most of us would not buy a car without taking it for a test drive. One of the purposes of driving before buying is to get a feel for the vehicle and to see if it fits you. It would be a huge risk to make such a large purchase without knowing how it runs, if you will be comfortable in it and so on.

Unfortunately, most of us don't have a way to test run government health care. That is unless you have had the pleasure of having been treated in a VA hospital or had to wait for Medicare to determine if it is going to pay for the medicine you need.

If you are caught up in the idea that this legislation means free health care for everyone and haven't really thought about how the government operates something, here is a little preview of what to expect...

Popularity, Web Snafus Nearly Broke 'Clunkers'

Cash for clunkers started out with the intention of getting people to buy new cars, jolt the economy and save the auto industry. As is the case with any government intervention, a plan is initiated and no thought process beyond that is delivered.
