Mary Katharine Ham appeared on The O'Reilly Factor last night. She is a republican blogger and mentioned an underground term that has received zero mainstream attention thus far. She did so with a smirk that indicates her amusement and familiarity on the topic.

Ann Coulter was on Hannity tonight and said she could not imagine that this same term was really the President of the United States, indicating a behind-the-scenes speculation.

That term was TOTUS. What is TOTUS you ask? Well, it is believed in the right wing conspiracy circles that TOTUS is the real POTUS. POTUS stands for President Of The United States and TOTUS stands for something rather curious. TOTUS or Teleprompter Of The United States is suspected of really running the show.

Congratulations goes out to Barack Obama's Teleprompter's Blog for hitting it big.

Video of what happens when TOTUS leaves POTUS to handle things on his own: (warning-there is a bad word or two in the language describing the video)

Right Wing Bloggers Stand On Principles

Last night on the O'Reilly Factor, it was discussed as to if the crazy right wing bloggers were reporting on Joe Biden's daughter's alleged cocaine usage video. It was determined that, for the most part, everyone was leaving it alone. It was in stark contrast to the ridiculous attacks by the left wing on Bristol Palin, including fabricating stories. There seems to be quite a difference between the right and the left.

Know why that is? Because conservatives stand on principles. They believe that the children of political figures should be off limits. Too bad the other side has no principles.

Paris Hilton shows why a mind is a terrible thing to waste:

TheDailySoupSandwich usually tries to avoid addressing stupid Hollywood comments (except good ole Garofalo) but since Paris decided to attack a Presidential candidate during the election we thought we would show it.

Oops, He Did It Again

Oops, Joe Biden did it again. TheDailySoupSandwich can't seem to keep up with our beloved Vice President. Today he appeared on The Today Show and said that he would advise his family against flying or using public transportation (because of the Swine Flu). It only took 2 hours for his office to issue an apology. Apparently, the airline industry didn't take too well to the VP suggesting economic doom for them was a good idea.

Biden telling everyone to boycott airlines and public transportation:

Something fun to watch:

Something even more fun to watch (WH Press Secretary being questioned about Biden):

Hey, Gibbs, Biden specifically said that "it's not just going to Mexico, it's confined spaces".

Wait, it gets better:

Infomercial Praises Bush...But

President Obama praises Bush Administration during 100 day infomercial. This marks an interesting day in his presidency. For the past 100 days, not once has the new President had anything good to say about the former administration. As a matter of fact, he has done nothing but blame them and used them as an excuse.

Obama said that President Bush did a good job in stockpiling Tamiflu in case of an epidemic. Tamiflu, by chance, happens to be what is prescribed for the Swine Flu. Congratulations to Obama for finally giving some credit where credit is due.

But, and there is a but. Obama just couldn't thank the former President. He had to say that he worked with the Bush Administration to obtain more Tamiflu.

Number 44 Batting 100

The 44th President Of The United States, Barack Obama will hit the milestone of 100 days in office tomorrow. No doubt, he will be celebrating with Wagyu beef, Cuban cigars and, of course, an infomercial.

In the spirit of our new entitlement society, TheDailySoupSandwich would like to thank POTUS (President Of The United States for those of you who live underground) for participating in this pasttime. In this great new world, there is no last place. There are no grades of "F". There are only pats on the back, despite how you perform. Of course, there are two different ways to look at how Obama did through this trying time.

You could say that he played a good game on his way to the 100 day mark. He remained popular and deserves praise. He finished second, only to the great Bill Clinton. Heck, liberals will take that any day.

Or, you could call it like it is and say that his 56% for the month of April is the second lowest approval rating since the 100 day polling began in 1969. That means he struck out against such pitchers as "The Evil W.", "The Peanut Farmer" and "Tricky Dick". In other words, Obama is less liked and considered to be worse than every other President except Clinton at this inning of the game.

Good job! Keep up the good work!

Thanks to The Washington Times for keeping it real. Click here for the story.

Arlen Specter Defects To Socialism

Pennsylvania voters were disenfranchised today when Senator Arlen Specter defected from the Republican Party to the Democratic Party. This should be no surprise since he was never really a Republican anyway. The move puts Democrats one vote away from total World domination.

He will be running in the 2010 Democratic Primaries. Pennsylvanians need to unite and stand up against this kind of treachery.

Click here to contact Specter (which by the way, the site was crashing from traffic a minute ago) and tell him how displeased you are with his flip flop.

Be Kind, Rewind

That gosh darn teleprompter struck again. Technology backfired on the most technologically advanced President in history. Like most Americans, the President has become too reliant on these advances of modern wonder. What ever happened to 3x5 note cards anyway?

TheDailySoupSandwich has uncovered the Obama stuttering problem. It could actually be a result of textspeak. He has evolved into a world of texting which does not include normal human conversation. The transition between the two may be causing the issue.

Funny stuff: About That Speech

The incriminating video:

Note: the video is missing the start of the speech which TheDailySoupSandwich feels is the most important part. Obama is thanking people there. He is casually thanking a John, does not give the last name and then transitions into speech mode. The teleprompter, or Obama, obviously jumped ahead. What was so amazing was how he started delivering his signature speech style immediately after he said the name John.

Fox Network Just Says No

The Fox Network, not FoxNews has declined the President's self love special on Wednesday. Once again, biased media outlets try to skew a story to paint the picture they want you to see. They have been reporting Fox refused to air it, which was a deliberate attempt to make people think FoxNews did it.

By the way, the reason the Fox Network declined to air the circus stunt was because it costs them about $2 million dollars out of pocket to do so.

Pork Stew, Swine Flu and Golfing Blues

ABC News reports that President Obama lost at golf yesterday. While the President was fooling around on a golf course, the World faces a potential pandemic. The former President Bush was dragged through the ringer for playing golf while a war was going on. Now, there is always time for a round of golf. Especially when you only have two wars, an economic crisis, nuclear proliferation and a pandemic going on.

Then again, what is Obama to do? He probably needed to get out of the hair of The Mean Team he has assembled to spin the Swine Flu outbreak as Bush policy failure.

Seriously though. Swine flu is nothing new. Congress has been suffering a swine flu of pork barrel spending for months.

The Mean Team

TheDailySoupSandwich officially declares Obama Administration The Mean Team.

You heard it here first...the Obama Administration and its radical allies are now officially coined The Mean Team. The daily soup sandwich of an operation has officially earned this credit. Their apparent lack of ability to say anything nice about anyone they disagree with, take credit for any mistake they make and need to bash the former administration is why they have been delegated this term.

In honor of the rising unemployment rates, there is now a government employment requisition for a costume seamstress.

The Mean Team Starting Line Up:
P-Barack "The Chosen One" Obama
C-David "Could I Hate Republicans Anymore" Axelrod
1B-Robert "Uh, Uh, Uh, Uh, Uh" Gibbs

RF-Nancy "The Screaming Liberal Nazi" Pelosi
DH-A.C.O.R.N. (no nickname needed)
AltOF-move "All That Oppose Our Crazy Ideas Must Perish" on.org

The School Choice Hypocracy

Politicians are a rare breed of human beings. They have the innate ability to look you right in the eyes, tell you what you need to do and then do the complete opposite behind your back.

The verdict is in. Some of the same people against private school vouchers actually attended private school and/or send their kids to private schools.

Democrats Come Out Of The Closet On Cap And Trade

In the land of liberal misconception, Democrats were sent from the heavens to battle the evil Republicans from destroying the planet. In reality, this mythological fable is as far from the truth as it gets. Finally, the wolf takes off the sheep skin and reveals what he really is.

Rational thought would dictate that cap and trade is only a mask to hiding the real agenda. It is a tax. A really big one.

This tax does little to help the planet, although being lauded as our savior. If the U.S. enforces limiting carbon emissions, is it really going to do any good if other countries are not following suit? Actually, what this situation will create is the need for businesses to buy carbon credits in order to survive. Those carbon credits will come from a black market. That black market will, inevitably, become a fund for corruption and terroristic activity.

Democrat calls it what it is:

Fair Versus Free Shenanigans

Politicians have carefully worded everything they say since the dawn of time. It is nothing new and nothing that is a surprise. The strange thing is that ordinary people seem to forget this and buy into the rhetoric.

The ultimate politician is guilty of this to a T. It is very easy to point out and identify. Some feel Obama is suffering Bushism disease with his stuttering and uh, uh, uhs. It is quite the contrary. This is a smart, well spoken guy who delivers an amazing speech. So, what is going on?

It is simple. He is obviously searching for the word he thinks we want to hear versus the word that is on the tip of his tongue. Freudian Slip? Maybe. He has been caught with a few slip ups that reveal his true thoughts.

Why people are buying this is what is amazing. Has everyone not learned the easiest way to tell when a politician is lying? Their lips are moving.

Besides the stuttering, there is also the lack of content and the deliberate action of not answering a question. After all, it is not lying if you just don't answer the question. He should be judged on what he says. He should also be watched carefully for what he does not say.

Former President Clinton was the master of using trick words. President Obama seems to be a good student of this philosophy as well. One example is the use of the term fair versus using free.

It is no secret that Obama favors a more socialistic approach to the government. Remember when he told Joe the Plumber that he thinks we ought to spread the wealth around? Since taking office, he has already taken control of the banks, the car industry, the credit card companies and is working on health care. After all, that is fair. Right? Fair market means that he thinks the government should intervene to level the playing field whenever he sees fit. Free market means that businesses compete and duke it out with winners and losers. When Obama says fair, realize that he does not say free.

Obama telling working folks how it is:

Americans Still Fear Big Government Most

Gallup Poll still shows that Americans fear big government more than big business and big labor. 55% picked big government, 32% big business and 10% big labor, in response to what they fear the most.

80% of Republicans said that big government was the biggest threat. Meanwhile, Democrats shifted since the 2006 poll. They moved from big government to big business as their biggest fear. This, despite the massive expansion of the federal government.

Obama Claims That Constitution Is A Failure

Audio from 2001 interview with State Senator Obama:

Your Durban Is Dirty

Psychopathic Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad excoriated President Obama for his boycott of the Durban racism conference. At a time when Obama is the new face of coming together and putting race related issues behind us, the United States had to make the tough choice to pull a no show.

The reality is, though, that the purpose of the conference was completely nullified when Ahmadinejad turned it into a racist tirade against Israel. The Obama administration made the right call.

A New Era Of Responsibility

The 2008 BCS National Championship Florida Gator football team was called to more service off the field recently.

Video of Tim Tebow (like he needs to anyone to tell him he needs to do more):

It is the dawn of a new day. It is an era of responsibility bestowed upon us like nothing we ever seen. Accept your calling and do your part to make the World a better place.

The speculation since the campaign is that the wording around Obama's service comments have had underlying meanings. After all, there is no such thing as involuntarily volunteering. It is, in fact, involuntary servitude.

It is not enough that the Florida Gator football team worked hard and made great sacrifices to achieve a National Championship. It is not enough that the quarterback spends his Spring Break and vacations, not in Cancun, but as a missionary in the Philippines. Instead, President Obama took the time to (biased left wing media reports it as jokingly) throw in a remark that the team needed to do more off the field.

Obama jokes to gators that their service doesn't end on the field:

Half Of Country Still Being Short Changed

New AP Poll shows Obama is still on top of his game.

The interesting aspect of the poll is not how popular Obama remains but how polarizing he has been. Only 24% of Republicans polled approve of the job he is doing. It looks like Republicans got short changed.

The Polls have shown some stabilization recently. However, they still show some curious aspects. The President remains popular, Congress unpopular and there is a split on the country's direction. It is interesting that Obama has that kind of popularity, when clearly, most people are not happy with what the government is doing right now. Of course, Obama supporters are the same people that cannot name the Vice President, think that rich people should pay more in taxes so that nontaxpayers can get more free stuff and who buy into whatever liberal media tells them to.

Backdoor Effort Launched To Attack Constitution

The attack on the Second Amendment is nothing new. The need for the NRA to exist should make this obviously clear. The fact that there has to be an organization established with the sole purpose of protecting a Constitutional Right should be of grave concern to everyone.

Currently, there are several backdoor efforts to mask what the real agendas are. The mission is to limit the right to bear arms. That should be clear. The President is obviously listening to the far left and looking for an avenue to appease them. This could be anything from requiring licenses for reloading ammunition to so-called assault weapon bans. Don't think for one second that it will stop there though.

A fellow blogger reports that there may be another calculated attack on the horizon to limit our right to bear arms. These efforts all have the same agenda.

WorldNetDaily names President Obama as ammunition salesman of the year. Read this article to find out why.

Obesity: The New SUV?

Global warming conspiracy theorists strike again. First, we had to be guilted into the feeling that our gas guzzling SUVs were placing the planet into imminent peril. We were instructed to engage in immediate cessation of all of our terrible actions or death was certain.

We have already been educated all about carbon emissions and how the Earth was heating up at an alarming rate. We were instructed to get rid of our SUVs. Now we have to get rid of fat people.

Is this going to be an inconvenient truth we must face? Will we be instructed on what to do to lose weight by someone who is overweight? Will these people tell us to turn off our lights while they have electric bills that are thousands of dollars a month? Will they fly around in the least fuel efficient private jet in its class while telling us our cars must be sent to the graveyard? Will they drive around giant SUVs covered with Obama stickers? Or, will we have to endure a movie about how evil fat people are? Probably all of these.

You used to just have to be an evil capitalist to be harming the planet. Now, you just have to eat too much. Who is the next carbon emissions devil? Babies? Puppies? Or how about cute little kittens? Nah, it has to be something more diabolical. Maybe an ex Vice President.

Maybe we should all just get mopeds. They would stop the fabricated crisis in its tracks. Right? There is only one problem with this. Riding a moped is a lot like riding a fat girl...they both can be fun but you don't want your friends to catch you on one.

FrankenFeinstein Strikes Again

Today The Washington Times reported an exclusive on Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA). View the story here: http://washingtontimes.com/news/2009/apr/21/senate-husbands-firm-cashes-in-on-crisis/

The failure to actually read the bills that Congress signed was inevitably going to cause massive amounts of funneling to special interest groups. Taxpayers are on the hook for this and for what is to come. It will not be long before the same people that mocked the Tea Party movement jump on board the bandwagon.

TheDailySoupSandwich predicts that this is only the beginning.

President Obama Delayed Rescue Of Captain Phillips

Credit is due where credit is due. The Navy, The SEALS and Captain Phillips deserve all the credit in the World. The President and his Administration are due a different kind of credit. For a President that has been all about claiming credit for every and anything, it is an oddity that he has chosen to distance himself from the rescue of Captain Phillips. Now, we find out why...

TheDailySoupSandwich article Commendation of the USNavy for the Maersk Alabama understated just how much praise the Navy was due. According to the reports from WorldNetDaily.com, POTUS delayed the rescue and jeopardized numerous lives in doing so. The Navy and Captain Phillips were hung out to dry at the expense of the President's radical ideals. For those of you who were wondering why there seemed to be nothing done to help Captain Phillips in his first escape attempt, you now know how the Navy's hands were tied. Political agendas are one thing, the lives of our defenders are a-whole-nother story.

Racist Janeane Garofalo Rears Her Ugly Head

When you do not have a valid reason to support your ideals, it is best to just call someone a racist. Right? Liberals have perfected this art and have been honing the craft for years now. Actor Janeane Garofalo shows us why the Democratic Party has been hijacked by radical liberals.

Janeane Garofalo called the Tea Party attendees "racist" and "tea bagging rednecks" yesterday while appearing on an unwatched, failure of a network (msnbc). She personifies why Hollywood Elitists are out of touch with America and why no one really listens to what they have to say.

Garofalo is a racist herself. That is the reality here. She classified an entire group of people as racist and redneck. She did this without talking to a single one of them. She did this without attending an actual Tea Party nor taking the time to find out what they were about. She did this with prejudice, with unwarranted judgement and with preconceived notions towards an entire group of people. Do you know what that makes someone? A racist.

By the way, the Tea Parties were attended by people of all races, backgrounds and political affiliations. That makes Garofalo TheDailySoupSandwich.

Decide for yourself and watch the video on YouTube.

Big Government and Elite Media Lies About Guns

There is no doubt that the Mexican drug violence is out of control and something needs to be done and done yesterday. Both the government and the media are on a crusade to misconstrue facts in order to persuade citizens into joining their quest. They have put the word out on what is causing the problem. Although, you just might have to read into what you are reading. Imagine that.

That word, completely false in every context, is that our Second Amendment is the problem. Specifically, they are reporting that the guns are coming from here. The media is reporting that 90% of the guns confiscated in Mexico have been traced back to the U.S. The truth is that 90% of the 17% of traceable guns confiscated were linked back to the U.S. The remainder of the guns have foreign markings and are most likely from Mexican military defectors and China. In other words, 15.3% of the guns in Mexico have been traced back to the United States and 84.7% came from somewhere other than the U.S.

This blatant misstatement of the facts is geared towards one thing: The calculated attack on our freedom. It does not matter if you are for or against guns. It does not matter if you think people should have guns. It does not matter what your position is on guns. There is a simple matter of fact involved here. It is our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms. Any infringement on one Constitutional right, is a step in the direction of infringing on all Constitutional rights.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

CNN Reporter Disgraces Journalism Profession

CNN correspondent Susan Roesgen shows why CNN and the biased media outlets are a dying breed. Once again, they just do not get it. Average Americans are sick and tired of the lack of truth and the misrepresentations by the media. They are making this clear by not watching and not buying publications from these outlets. Why the biased media refuses to listen is beyond any rational thought. Maybe it is because they expect a bailout as their inevitable futures of bankruptcy loom.

Let's be real here. Editorials are editorials, they are not the news. That is exactly what biased media does not get. The justification of violating journalistic ethics to promote an agenda is an absolute disgrace.

Susan Roesgen should be fired. Her actions were an embarrassment to the journalism profession. Her lack of composure and inherent inability to pursue a story without an agenda warrants a boycott of this type of unprofessionalism. Citizens want the whole story, not half truths and not biased opinions.

If you have not seen the video, you can watch it on YouTube (this is the version that includes what CNN didn't want you to see) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y6xWGvdRQ9Q

Commendation of the USNavy for the Maersk Alabama

Congratulations to the U.S. Navy and the SEALS for their superb actions during the Maersk Alabama hijacking. They successfully freed Captain Richard Phillips in an amazing feat.

The ordeal should be regarded as an awesome example of just how powerful the United States Military really is and how much the World owes this under appreciated force.

These Somali pirates need to be hunted. They need to be destroyed. They will not stop without a systematic elimination of them and what they stand for. Let's be clear, real clear. The Pirates are not an overseas contingency issue. They are terrorists and they need to be wiped from the face of the Earth.

Once again, a terrorist organization has waged war on the U.S. The attack on U.S. ships delivering food (free food, nonetheless) should create an outcry from the public for action. This is nothing new. It is not from way out in left field. It is not political. It is not anything other than an attempt at significant monetary gain. Any and all who commit such heinous crimes should be hunted down and destroyed.

Tax Day Tea Parties Held Yesterday

The Tax Day Tea Parties ran cool, calm and collected. Thousands gathered to express their disgust with the way our out of control government is operating. The grassroots campaign was an incredible show of interest from a previously silent group of citizens. It was not an organizing of hoodlums, idiots or nut jobs hell bent on causing a ruckus.

It was, however, a message. Clearly, it is a message that should not be ignored. Clearly,it is a message that must not be lost or forgotten.

The radicals have been attacking this movement. Referring to it in a derogatory manner and associating it with a degrading sexual act. Of course anything or anyone that opposes their agenda is subject to these types of attacks. The radical thinks he or she is funny. They run with one common theme, to wage personal denigration at those that oppose their radical ideals.

TheDailySoupSandwich would like to welcome you to its site. We are dedicated to providing you with in depth perspectives and commentary from the right point of view. TheDailySoupSandwich blog has been developed in order to counter what the biased media conveniently omits from its stories.

TheDailySoupSandwich does your homework for you. The news, these days, conveniently leaves out an entire perspective. We are here to call them out and insert the facts back into the real stories. The media is out of control and we point to whatever soup sandwiches we find.

In other words...We are mad as hell and we ain't gonna take it anymore!

Wondering what the heck a Soup Sandwich is? It's a military term, primarily used in basic training, to describe someone or something that is a total disaster or mess. For example: Jones can't seem to square his locker away. He is as messed up as a soup sandwich. In other words, take two slices of bread and pour soup over them. Pick it up and try to eat it. Get the picture?

Once again, welcome and please join us in the liberation of truth from the depths of tyrannical oppression.
